Description: For sale is a vintage Charles Buck tang firmer chisel, weighing 5.9 oz., with steel measuring 1" wide X 5-3/8" long, with a badly mangled wire wrap wood handle, measuring 4-9/16" long, giving it a overall length of 9-15/16" long. Signed "Charles Buck Cast Steel", the steel is in excellent overall condition, showing only normal use and wear, with a good edge, which will respond well to honing and sharpening by a experienced hand. The 4-9/16" wire wrap handle is badly mangled on the last 1" of its length, as pictured. Any honing, sharpening, cleaning and detailing is left up to you.
