Many of these covers, and especially postal history, have been through the mail and show what should be expected as such. Most, if not all Postal History covers, have been opened by the recipient as should be expected. We do not take returns. Shipping InformationShipping cost on covers is $1.50 for the first item and .50 for each additional. To get the discount on multiple items you must use the "Add to Cart" feature for each items. The cost of shipping Naval or First Day Cover Programs is $2.00 with each additional item at .50. We currently are not shipping to overseas destinations. We take great care in packaging your items. If we receive your order and payment Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, we shipped the very next day. Saturday and Sunday orders are shipped Monday.
