Description: Warm greetings from Japan. Thank you very much for visiting our listing. Copie d'Antonius Amati di Cremona Faciebat 1627. Amati label ca.1900 violin, birdseye wood. Maintained and adjusted. France, around 1900 4/4 size violin Body length: 360mm (17.1 inches). This is a rare piece with a high arch with a bulge in the Amati style, and birdseye maple (a rare part that appears very rarely in maple wood) is used for the back and sides. The glossy, light orange-brown varnish and the birdseye grain of the single back plate are very beautiful. The condition is good. The total weight including parts is excellent at 460g (1.01 lbs), and the string length is a little short, making it an excellent piece that anyone can handle. This is a wonderful instrument. Enjoy a wide selection of violins carefully selected, which handles everything from new to modern and vintage violins. The violin has been fully adjusted (bridge adjustment, peg adjustment, sound post adjustment, polishing, cleaning, and overall adjustment). All necessary repairs have been completed, such as patching up minor cracks. The fitting parts (pegs, tailpiece, chin rest) are made of high-quality rosewood. New nylon strings are strung on the instrument. The violin has been adjusted and maintained, so it is ready to use immediately after tuning. There are some signs of use.
