Vintage/Antique Novelty Sterling Silver Tea Ball Infuser Tea Kettle Teapot Shape

Description: For fans of loose tea, here is a really charming vintage example of a tea ball or infuser in the shape of a tea kettle. It is stamped on the lower rim of the lid with the word Sterling and a maker's mark for Webster & Co. The tea infuser is well made and in good vintage condition. The lid opens easily and closes with a satisfying snap. The tea ball does have a number of small surface dents and scratches (which I have tried to show in the photographs) as a result of age and use which do little to impair either the item's charm or function. This is both a decorative and useful little item which would certainly elevate your tea ritual.
