The beautiful black velvet, open back bodice and gorgeous black and white taffeta skirt make this dress special. Topped off with a large black bow. The arm pit to arm pit is 18 inches across, or 36 inches at the bust. The waist is 14 inches across or 28 inches at the waist. Shoulder to hem is 40 1/2 inches long.
