It is original to the Omega One, part # AZ18-B//SA, and I think it was also used on some of the last Zebco One's that were made before the Omega One. It will also work on other Zebco versions with the normal size hole found on older (US made) Small and Medium Sized Zebco reels like the 33. It has Black Knobs. These are a great upgrade for those desiring a little larger handle on their other Zebco Reels. If you are unsure about it fitting your reel, feel free to message before purchasing.
