Description: The face of the belt buckle has large, raised text reading, “Yuma Territorial Prison Arizona Terr”. The shape of the buckle is not a simple oval or rectangle, but ornate and includes a ribboned border. The back of the buckle has the Bergamot Brass Works circular Maker’s Mark. Additionally, there is a Napoleon Empereur coin image used by Bergamot where the prong is attached to the buckle plate. Also, the belt buckle is marked with the Bergamot belt buckle number ‘L-37’. The buckle measures 3-7/8” long x 2-7/8” wide and will take up to a 1-7/8” wide belt. Excellent condition with no defect found.
