Vintage Yema Atrexa Superman 30 ATM Diver w/Pristine Dial,Bezel Lock,Tropic Band

Description: This Yema Atrexa Superman diver has a pristine silvery gray dial that is free of any visibly noticeable scratching, tool marks, chipping or defects. The original light green lume on the dial and hands is fully intact and emits a quick-burst glow after being exposed to bright light. The heavily worn bezel, which rotates bidirectionally when unlocked, has aged to a bluish gray hue. The bezel is unlocked and can be moved when the crown is unscrewed. When the crown is screwed down the bezel is locked firmly in place. The heavy duty all stainless steel case is in excellent condition showing light wear and minor signs of oxidation. The outside of the case back is stamped "WATERRESISTANT 30 ATM 710417 AUTOMATIC ANTIMAGNETIC" with the Yema emblem stamped in the center. The inside of the case back is stamped "87062." The crystal shows scratching. The automatic movement with quickset date function runs as beautifully as any watch I've had or have. It is clean, keeps accurate time and the date rolls over at approximately 12 am as it should. The quickset date function works flawlessly by manually rolling over a new date and then moving the hour hand repeatedly between the 20.5 and 24 hour marks until the desired date has been reached. After recently winding the sharply threaded screwdown crown 39 full revolutions the movement had an impressive power reserve of approximately 41 hours. The crown winds buttery smooth. Given the unknown service history of this watch (there is one very faint watchmaker service marking on the inside on the case back that is difficult to make out) a complete overhaul is recommended. This watch measures approximately 40 mm excluding the crown, approximately 44 mm including the crown and approximately 19 mm between the lugs. Case thickness, measured from the bottom of the case back to the top of the bezel is approximately 11 mm. Including the crystal case thickness measures approximately 13 mm. This watch comes on an original near NOS, fully pliable 19 mm curved lug ends "22504,""SWISS MADE" and "MOD. DEP." stamped Topic band with "XONI" stamped straight edge buckle that shows no discernible wear. The long end measures approximately 112 mm and the short end measures approximately 75 mm excluding the buckle. Although the movement runs strong and keeps accurate time, given the unknown service history of this watch a complete overhaul is recommended.
