Description: This stunning yellow peking glass beaded necklace was a part of my grandmother's estate. She purchased this in the 1950s or 1960s in Chinatown in San Francisco. I believe it is from the early 1900s from the Qing Dynasty. This strand measures about 12" long on each side (a little over 24" total) and I counted 75 beads. The beads are on string and tied at the end so the beads do not come loose. They are in good condition but there are some dark spots on some of the beads (this may have occurred during production). They have been safely stored with my family since their purchase. Checkout my other listings for more peaking glass.
