It has scuff marks, scratches and dings from general use and storage- but nothing severe. It has sticker residue on the top and side toe area and under the arch. It measures about 12" long and 3.5" at its widest spot. Not perfect but this is probably one of the prettiest forms I have seen. Please look at the pictures as they are part of the description.
