Also with this set is a 350 gallon, stainless steel fermentation tank and a very heavy, antique but very effective, manual press originally from Napa valley in California. Several barrel stops. A cheater bar for the press that allows maximum extraction from the grapes. Also, several books on the art and science of wine making.
