Description: Offered here is this Vintage Windsor Armchair. It has a nice black lacquered finish with some of the wood finishes showing through in the arms. The black finish is quite worn in some areas, with light surface scratches from general use over many years, particularly at the top of the backrest. This chair has a VE RI TAS Crest at the top of the backrest, and a small plaque on the back that dedicates the chair to a doctor who worked at UC San Diego in the early 1970s. The chair has one leg, and some spacer supports that have come loose and need to be reattached and secured. The leg and supports are intact, so this should be an easy fix. The chair is 33.5” tall at the back, 17” tall at the seat, 20.5” wide across the front of the seat, 22.5” wide across the armrests, 18.75” wide inside the armrests, 16.75” wide inside the armrests at the back of the seat, 17” deep at the seat, 26” deep total. This is a nice collectible chair with a great finish and history that would be a wonderful addition to your home.
