Description: Very nice early painting by the late Matie Johnstone from Vermont - This painting is personalized and titles "Three" on the back - The outside frame measures approx. 18-1/2 X 22 inches- The frame is damaged and mat needs replacement -I can send just the watercolor in a shipping tube if requested -you will be credited immediately if you decide not to have the frame shipped -If not you will need to repair the frame Painting seems to be in good condition could use a professional cleaning- Frame and Mat need replacement frame corner is loose mat is dirty and needs to be replaced with acid free mat Please note we no longer leave immediate feedback for purchases feedback will be left once feedback is received to complete the transaction- We have an unusual high percentage of folks not leaving feedback for some reason- Please understand you will receive feedback from Yard Sales to Auction once received.
