Description: This is a gorgeous Victorian Edwardian era deep black burnout floral velvet lined cape trimmed with 3" lace and tons of lovely black jet beads. It's shorter in the back (22") and longer in the front (30), and has a stand up collar with two metal hook and eyes for closure. There are four buttonholes in the lining from the neck to about the center on the interior, but no buttons. I'd add some antique buttons but not sure exactly where they should be? So I will include buttons with the cape. There's also a ribbon sewn in the interior back for adjustability if needed. The jet beads are in a single layer in the front, and a double layer in the back. The center back bottom has a 6" pleat, there are several jet beads inside this pleat, so two could be added easily from here the the front where there is a couple missing.
