Wanted for FALSE CLAIMS AGAINST UNITED STATES, (passing stolen money orders), this poster would have hung in every Post Office Location throughout the country . This bifold flier measures the standard 8” x 8” when opened. Featuring a photo or mugshot of the perpetrator, a description along with a violation description and fingerprints; if known. The telephone number of the Inspector in Charge of the investigation is also printed. This particular poster was issued by the Office of Inspector in Charge, San Francisco, CA 94101 on November 6, 1970. These wanted posters have become quite collectable as this policy is no longer in practice. They are a piece of USPS as well as True Crime memorabilia. This item is in good condition, without puncture marks, writing nor tares. It may be slightly worn with tanning, staining, soiling, creasing and wear.
