Rolled Gold Plate / Gold Filled is preferred over standard gold plating for its higher gold content and lasting luster. The links have a raised and sunken geometric design. This watch band is from the mid-late 60s era. The watch band measures around 6 ¼” unstretched and around 12” fully stretched. Its compression ends will fit watches with 16mm to 19 mm lug widths. It will fit a wide variety of watches and wrist sizes. The ends are marked 1/20 10K GF TOP CAP – USA. This watch band is in excellent pre-owned vintage condition. It is shiny with no visible loss of gold filling. Scratches are mostly hidden thanks to the top designs. Stretch is excellent. It does have a few dings towards the middle links that need a close look to be noticed. Typically, these vintage watch bands have a lot of accumulated residue between the stretch links, but this one is quite clean. Markings are crisp and clear.
