Description: This vintage Color Club Twin Tips Mini Stampers Marker set is adorable! I used these in my kindergarten classroom, and my students absolutely loved them! Due to the age of this set, half of the stampers and markers have dried up. Only the pink, yellow, and blue green marker sections work. The other markers have no more ink, and the blue green marker no longer has a point on it. I am basically selling this set, because they include mini stampers. The stampers that are dried up can easily be reused with a washable ink stamp pad. This set is clean and comes from a smoke free home. This set contains 8 water based markers made by Pentech. They wash from skin and most children's clothing. The markers measure 6.375" long. The twin-tipped set includes the following 8 stampers: pink swirl, orange Saturn, purple star, green dinosaur, red heart, yellow sun, blue green star, and turquoise shark. The markers are for children ages 3+ yrs. Stamping is so fun and easy for children with these markers! These stampers work best when used on a hard surface. Simply stamp firmly onto a piece of paper. Then, lift off for the perfect print! Children can create their own personalized note paper, with the mini stampers, by stamping different designs around the paper. They can then write notes to their friends using their own custom designs. These mini stampers are also perfect for adding cool designs to gift tags, diaries, and more! I mainly purchased the mini stampers so I could use them for an academic purpose in my classroom. I wanted my kindergarten students to be able to use them to work on their patterning skills. I used them during my Math Centers. I just supplied children with long strips of paper, so they could create their own patterns and extend them all the way to the end of the strips. They had a ball doing this exercise! We then hung them up in the classroom. I also used them in the area of addition and subtraction. Again, I used them during my Math Centers, supplying children with sheets of paper, so they could create their own addition and subtraction problems. For example, a child might stamp a set of 4 stars and 3 suns and then write the addition sentence 4+3=7 next to it. Or, a child might stamp 10 dinosaurs, cross out 5, and then write the subtraction sentence 10-5=5 beside it. Again, my students loved doing this activity, and we displayed their work in the room. This particular set of markers is rare and very hard to find! I have not seen any others currently selling online. This set would make a wonderful addition to a daycare, preschool, or kindergarten classroom! It would also be great to have in a household with young children! I am hoping to find these mini stampers a good home.
