Description: Vintage Turquoise Dangle Earrings Sterling Silver Repousse Navajo Lex Billie This is a magnificent pair of post earrings with a hinged dangle. The artist used two gorgeous high-domed turquoise stones as the centerpiece. They're set in smooth bezels that are surrounded with twisted silver wire. Attached to the upper portion with a jump ring hinge is a thin piece of sterling silver that is repousse, scalloped, and stamped. These were likely created in the late 1980s or in the 1990s. They are about 1/2" wide and 1 1/2" tall. The turquoise stones are about 3/8" in diameter. Together, the pair weighs 6.6 g. The artist's hallmark is "LEX" indicating Navajo silversmith Lex Billie.
