I believe these to be West Coast Jr. The Stainless Steel unit measures 20 inches tall. Longer arm measures 9 inches long with curve and attachments. Shorter arm measures 5 inches long then curves with attachments at end. Center framed mirrors measure 10 inches tall and 6 inches wide. Mirrors are adjustable. Nuts or bolts are very tightly screwed on. Some rust on back of mirror. See all pictures.
