Description: Offered in great condition is this Stanley No.65 BLOCK PLANE with KNUCKLE JOINT CAP and ADJUSTABLE THROAT. Made by STANLEY / NEW BRITAIN / CONN. / U.S.A . The cutter adjustment knob is also marked - STANLEY MADE IN U.S.A .The Nickel finish is outstanding. This is an early example measuring 7" long x 1 15/16" wide with a 1 5/8" wide low angle cutter. This is a show piece. You may not want to use it. This came from an X-neighbor, tool and die maker. It comes with the original box.
