Description Here is a vintage Stanley No. 151 spoke shave for PARTS, REPAIR or USE, made in the USA. It's missing paint, as seen and is missing the blade cap top tension screw. It will work as seen. We use eBay shipping labels so you have access to your tracking number as soon as it is printed. International We welcome international bidders and will ship through eBay's International Shipping Program. Returns We will gladly accept returns within fourteen (14) days of your receipt of the item. As long as the item is returned in the same condition, with original packaging, if possible, we will issue a full refund of your purchase. You will be responsible for return shipping.
