Description: Pre 1958 (3 cent 1st Class Stamp) souvenir mailer with the caption "I Am From Dixie! - Miniature COTTON BALE Souvenir - New Orleans, La." The bale is about 2 3/4" long x 2" wide x 1 1/2" high. It is in excellent condition. There is no damage. The tag is not torn but has several creases making it want to wrap around the bale. The six metal bands are tight and secure like a real bale of cotton. The hand written address tag is legible. This piece displays very well. Regarding combined shipping. In most cases, several pieces can be shipped in a single box. When this occurs, I will credit the purchaser's PayPal account any shipping difference. In-other-words, I charge exact shipping for same time multiple purchases. I cannot issue these credits until I've purchased the postage so it may take a day or two. I do this often.
