Description: This is a rare opportunity to purchase an original print photo with what appears to be signed autographs of the 11 people in the vintage black and white photo. This photo features a group that I believe is from the Southern States Cooperative (Richmond, Virginia area) based on two of the signed names that are legible. These names that I can read are Luter E Raper and Carl L. Jinnette who were both in the farming business. Luter Raper has old news articles about his involvement with the Souther States Cooperative and also later with the Virginia Cooperative Council. The person named Carl Jinnette is listed on an old census record as being employed as a foreman at a Seed Warehouse. I believe the photograph is from around the 1950s, but I could be wrong. Please look at the sample photos of the actual item for sale. The frame on the photo has some wear on the rear covering and a sticker on it says "Framed by Commercial Photograph Co Inc.
