Description: This is one of those surprise pieces found at an estate sale within a lot of other things I wanted. The longer I have this piece, the more I kind of want to keep it for myself. I love it's small, compact size. I love the quality of the piece (it is heavier than expected when you first see it) I kind of want to fill it and use it on my office desk. I did not find a brand on it but I researched others sold on eBay and matched it to that. Yes, there is tarnish on it and I will not touch it, but I will let the next owner bring it back to brilliance if you want.
