Vintage REVO SERPENT STEALTH MIRROR UNISEX SUNGLASSES, Ruby lens, Rare 114 011

Description: This rare and beautiful, vintage pair of unisex Revo sunglasses is one of many in my collection. I have so many sunglasses that I rarely wore any one pair for very long, as you can tell by their excellent condition! Now that I need prescription glasses, I've decided to let someone else get enjoyment out of my collection. So, this gorgeous pair of Revo 1114 011 Serpent Stealth Mirror Sunglasses, that I bought new, years ago from a high end shop in Palm Springs, is the first to go. They feature the hard to find and highly coveted python snakeskin pattern that covers both ear stems and the top accent bar of the front frame. The extended temples are what makes these glasses so unique. It gives the appearance of a serpent running along the top of the frame for a very distinctive look! The lenses have been recently professionally replaced with Oakley Prizm Ruby Polarized Lenses and they look great with the precisely etched, gunmetal serpent frame. The iridescent nature of the lenses, makes it difficult to capture their true color with a camera. They change from a deep ruby red to a flaming fire red, depending on the viewing angle. Mostly, they appear to be the deep color shown in the photo where they are peeking out of the pouch, but they're constantly changing! The unisex frame measures approximately 5.0" temple to temple, and the lenses measure about 1.875" x 1.375" at the widest points. The Revo logo is impressed on the exterior of both ear stems and integrates nicely into the amazing python snakeskin pattern! The logo is also visible on each silicon nose pad. You can tell by the fit and feel, that these high quality, made in Japan frames live up to Vintage Revo's reputation for excellent quality and superb design. The original, Revo black canvas pouch is included! These glasses are getting very hard to find and if you are lucky enough to locate a pair, they'll be priced hundreds of dollars more than my very low Ebay price. As crazy as it sounds, some places are asking over $700 for a pair of these Serpent Stealth sunglasses! No wonder vintage Revos are worn by so many celebrities!
