Service truck / wrecker / crane and it rotates. Kit is used in open box. Not sure if complete or not. SOLD AS IS!!! Parts are in two bags. I photographed both sides of each bag. Pictures included are of the contents, top, bottom and all 4 sides of the box. Box has storage wear. Item in photo is exact item you will receive. Not suitable for children under 10 years of age.
