Description: Vintage Regency ACT-R-106 Ten Channel Radio Scanner - Read Description. I have tested this and it turns on and makes static noise. Not all the channels light up, but I’m not sure if that as to do with not receiving the channels or them not working. Also, when testing, I was not able to receive any channels. The plug for the power supply is a little loose. I’m also not sure if the cigarette lighter plug works.
