Description: Estate find, phonograph/turntable/record player grouping including 3 unused Astatic, unused D-AG phonograph needles for LAT-4-AG Cartridge, 5 Pfanstiehl aluminim 45 RPM spindle adapters and 27 yellow plastic spindle adapters, marked made in the USA. Astatic moved from Youngstown to Conneaut in 1944 and became Astatic Corp. after WWII. No zip code on these, would date needles from approx 1946-1963, would guess late 50s to 63 from font/package style. 8-19-22 - I added two more phonograph needles in their boxes, Fidelitone AC-333 & Electro Voice 13 D. Astatic Needles are technically new, unused, however, packaging is quite rough on one and there is evident fade on other two. Adapters show minor age related wear. I don't know if these are used or unused but appear to be the correct needles in corresponding boxes. The foam in the Fidelitone box is dry and crumbling and small amount of foam may be stuck to the needle, should come off with a quick alcohol wipe. We closed our brick and mortar store after 23 yrs and will be listing inventory daily. I have included photos showing examples and tried to describe and represent condition, but I am not an expert, only describing what I am aware of. Please message with any specific questions before bidding! Just FYI, we are non-smokers, but do have two cats at home. We do our level best to keep their floof off of clothing and go over anything with a lint roller before shipping, but if you are highly allergic, you may wish to steer clear, jic!
