It was designed by Katherine Kahn. The concept was by Patricia Hausman. It is perfect for a collector, teacher, nutritionist, or dietician. The original poster measures 24"x 18". This poster is in good condition for its age. It was folded but can be flatted and framed. Please note in photos that there are creases in the poster and staining that is only on the back.
