Description: Vintage "Rare" Old U.K. & R. Jack Knife, With Mother Of Pearl Scales, For Parts, Or Repair. Utica N.Y. Main blade is 2 5/8", overall length is 8.75". When blades are in the open position, Main blade has movement and wobble. Smaller blade is worn, and has scratches as well as main blade. Smaller blade has no movement from side to side, No Wobble. But it has no, "Snap". Scissors Has no movement from side to side, "No Wobble", and it has very good snap. The tensioning piece on the scissors is missing. One scale is missing about 3/4. The other scale has a crack, all the way across. 2 of the bolsters has scratches, and indentions, where pins are, the other 2 are in good condition. I would say knife is for parts, But there are a lot of great knife people out there, that could possibly turn this into a very nice piece. It is a very old knife, how old? I do not know.
