I do not have much information about this doll, it does not have any mark or tag that identifies it, I do not know the date, the manufacturer or the origin. This doll could have dust on its clothes or hat. She opens and closes her blue eyes and is very detailed in her dress. Her dress has a hard bottom rotunda to give it shape and has shoes. One person let me know this information "Valentine's Ladies are the creation of Pamella and Noel Valentine, originally of southern California in the United States. As near as can be determined Pamella started producing Valentine's Ladies sometime in the late 1970's on inexpensive hard plastic dolls.
