Chein and Company Tin Lithograph Wind-Up Hercules Ferris Wheel. The wind-up mechanism works smoothly and strong. There is a small amount of lithograph loss to the base, but overall, for 90+ year old toy, the lithograph is clean, bright, and colorful! At the top of the wind-up mechanism is a wheel that is supposed to rotate and ring the bell. The BELL is NOT WORKING. Toy is about 17 inches tall and approximately 12-13 inches wide.
