Description: Up for sale is a nice Richard Watrous adjustable handled drawknife with an 8" blade. Marked with the patent date of Dec 15, 1857. It's also stamped with a trademark that appears to read "Charles Manf Co", which may have been another authorized manufacturer of the tool. Approximately 15" long overall. Great condition. The blade is clean and sharp. Beveled on both sides. The wooden handles have some bumps and scrapes from years of service to its former owners. A fine tool.
