Has ON/OFF knob and tuning knob. Measures 13-1/4" long x 7" wide x 7-1/2" high and weighs 6 pounds 7 ounces unpackaged. This is UNTESTED as there is no power cord. The ON/OFF knob turns easily but the tuning knob will not move the pointer on the dial. There are scuffs, scratch marks, finish wear and paint specks on the outer case. Unknown the radio tubes are complete or are all included. Being sold "AS IS" for parts, repair or restoration.
