Description: Amber glass ashtray from Phil Long's California Club Downtown Las Vegas. The casino was opened in 1951 by Phil Copley, who ran it until 1954. Phil Long operated it from 1954-1964. Frank Shivo ran it from 1964 until the casino permanently closed in 1970. Unknown what year this ashtray was made, or the company who made it. It could be (70) years old. It has (2) chips, which are marked with arrows. I did the best I could photographing them. There are no burn marks and the graphic is clear. This has lots of air bubbles, which is common in glass ashtrays. I wish it wasn't damaged, but it is. It weighs 4.4 ounces.
