Description: The handcuffs are in perfect working order. I have an email from Peerless that gives the date of manufacture as the 27/04/1967. The box is the original box and has the same serial number on as what's on the actual handcuffs. They are in perfect working order and have a really lovely patina. Could be cleaned if preferred and they may need oiling although they open and close easily.
