Description: Offered for sale is a true vintage sewing pattern from 1981 - Simplicity 5437. Gunne Sax by Jessica - Child's and Girls' Dress in Two Lengths: Lace and ribbon trimmed ruffles dress has button front band, yokes, stand-up collar, set-in sleeves with elastic casings, front inset with tie ends and gored skirt gathered to bodice above normal waistline. Long length v. 1 has short sleeves and contrasting ruffles. Regular length v. 2 & 3 have long sleeves. Vintage size for girls 4 - for a 23" bust. Pattern is uncut and factory folded.
