He lived from 1860-1939 so these paintings may be older than the 1930sBoth are in EXCELLENT condition and are signed by the artist.The matting around these chalk paintings needs to be replaced (in my opinion), but I will leave this to the buyer.These are absolutely beautiful; so much detail.The measurements (without the mat) are 9" x 11". With the mats, they measure are 14" by 16". I've tried to provide as much information on these as I can.
