Description: Vintage Nylint No. 4600 Hydraulic Dump pressed steel construction toy. Piece is in ok to decent condition with normal wear, paint loss and edge wear. A few dings and dents as well. Hydraulic cylinder goes up very fast and not slowly as intended. Still a decent looking construction toy that displays nicely as is or would make a good restoration project.
