Vintage NYCO Rose Pink Enamel Sea Horse Ornament w/ Tag

Description: This sea horse is about 2" across x 4" tall. It's made by NYCO International, and I believe it's from the 1990s. I can't find any real information on the company. I think the company is now defunct. There is a green spot which makes me think it's made of brass. I believe that can clean up. It comes in the box, as shown with its original tag. It's sold AS-IS, so please look closely at the pictures for condition information and details. Feel free to ask any questions. I've also listed one with different coloring.
