Description: This lovely vintage Nippon two-handled bowl features a hand painted countryside scene at sunset (or sunrise). The bowl has raised hand painted brown and blue decorations on the handles. The bottom of the piece is stamped "Hand Painted Nippon". The bowl measures 8-3/4" across from handle to handle, and the bowl measures 7" across and is approximately 2" tall. The piece is in excellent vintage condition. There are no cracks or crazing. The hand painted scene is intact. There is slight paint loss on the raised painting on the handles.
