The pin is plastic, but has a nice THICCness to it! Very colorful and great attention to detail. Pin surface is smooth. 1993 Release The pins were a UK region released collectible series , from the rear of the paper sleeve, you can see there were also same design magnets!One odd thing about the papers fam, they do not display the whole collectible set of pins or magnets! there are actually 24 total unique characters to collect , whereas the rear for pins, shows 19 and magnets even less - probably cause they couldn't fit everything onto the back anyway lol - Some of the pins in the series are noticeably more rare than the others - and some are unique in the sense that there have been little to none other iterations of that character type on a pin design ever!
