Description: Vintage all original rare and hard to find 1930's/1940's/1950's 1938 - 1954 mint hinged stamp booklet with 24 George Washington one cent stamps inside on 4 sheets with 6 stamps on each sheet. The 4 sheets are separated by wax paper. The green 3 3/16" by 1 7/16" booklet cover reads "This Book Contains Twenty Four One-Cent Stamps, Price Twenty-Five Cents, Post Office Department, U. S. A.". The twentyfour 1-cent stamps read "United States Postage, George Washington,1789-1797, 1 Cent 1". The stamps are in mint condition and the green covers show very minor storage wear as pictured. The group is sold as is and as pictured with returns not accepted. $8.00 USPS postage.
