Measurements are: Shoulder to Cuff - 24 inches Shoulder to Shoulder - 18 inches Under the arm across the chest - 20 to 21 inches Over all top to bottom - 28 inches In good shape There are a couple problems: - stitching from the inner liner has started to come undone in a few areas. The liner isn't ripped at all just need to be restitched back onto the coat in a few spots. - the loops the hooks go into to close the jacket are missing. The hooks are still there. See pics.
