Description: This is a very cool and visually striking Vintage Mid Century Modern Tiki Hawaii Polynesian Oil Painting on artist board, depicting a stylized Polynesian island scene, with a large scowling tiki, palm trees, and a traditional bungalow, surrounded by tall tiki torches. This piece has a very retro look and is a great example of the Mid-Century tiki culture aesthetic. Signed: "Aline" at the lower right edge. I could not find any information on this artist, but perhaps you know more about them or their work? This painting likely dates to the 1960's. Approximately 11 1/4 x 21 1/4 inches (including frame.) Actual artwork is approximately 10 x 20 inches. Good condition for age, with some moderate scuffing, scratches, and edge wear to the original period frame (please see photos.)
