Description: Mid Century Modern Dream! Rowe furniture made in the USA. Kiln dried hardwood frame in excellent condition. Hand tailored golden and olive floral brocade upholstery fabric. Very little use, some wear spots (see pictures). The arms, seat cushions, seat back, decking (under cushions), back of sofa, and sides are all STAIN FREE. Non smoker, pet free home. A little wear on the piping from normal use. Fabric from skirt could be used to repair imperfect cushion. Low profile sofa could have cleaner line with the skirt removed. Classic hardwood ‘50’s legs. This is a comfortable piece. Approximately 6 feet 9 inches long (81 inches); 2 feet 5 inches high (29 inches); 2 feet 7 inches deep (31 inches). Fits in the back of a mini-van!
