One of the leather ears is dry and brittle and is on the verge of tearing, but it is still holding together. This is an exceptionally rare piece--I have not seen any cats made by Counterpoint and absolutely no paper clips. It would be a good companion piece to the mouse stapler! Measures 2 3/4" long and is 1 1/2" wide. Most of the items that I sell are antique or vintage as as such they do show signs of patina, use, and age. That only adds to the character that so many collectors desire. If there are any major issues or defects, I try to describe them to the best of my ability and as accurately as possible.
