Description: Estate sale find: RARE complete set of 4 Vintage Mid Century Modern Japan Hand Painted Porcelain Christmas Girls Set of 4. Each Figurine has the number 1625 on it, and three have a red label with Japan on it. Condition: No chips, cracks or repairs with the exception of a chip in the bottom base of the girl holding a doll. Not sure if the girl figurine holding hand to her ear held something in her hand at one time or not. I cannot find another like her on line. I did find the three other, and the listing said they were Shafford. I am not sure what manufacturer made them. All show paint wear or loss. If you are good with the paint brush this set would be a fantastic set to restore! Each figurine measures approximately 5" high. Please view all listing photos to see condition.
