THIS IS THE MICKEY MOUSE METEOR TRAIN BY MARX.IT WORKS GREAT AND COMES WIH THE KEY BUT NO TRACK THE LITHO IS GREAT ALL THE DISNEY CHARACTERS ARE ON BOARD.THERE IS MINOR PLAY WARE ON ALL THE CARS .AND FLAKING TO THE NOSE OF THE ENGINE.THIS DOES NOT TAKE AWAY FROM THE SET. MAKE SURE YOU LOOK AT IT CLOSELY THE TRAIN IS MADE OUT OF TIN AND ADORNED WITH WONDERFUL MICKEY MOUSE AND FRIENDS LITHO GRAPHICS. THE TRAIN IS A 4-CAR SET MEASURING APPROXIMATELY 34" LONG. CARS INCLUDE: The first is the engine (on 1 side you visit Donald & his 3 nephews; the other side has Mickey/Minnie & their kids along with Goofy hanging out on top. The second car is a coal tender. On both sides it reads WALT DISNEY'S MICKEY MOUSE METEOR with 1 side having a picture of Mickey & on the other side a picture of Donald. On top a picture of 1 of the 7 dwarfs. The third car is an open top freight car. The inside is yellow and the outside is blue. On 1 side there is pictures of Jimney Cricket, Pluto and Thumper & on the other side there are pictures of 4 o the seven Dwarfs. The fourth car is the caboose. On 1 side it reads Copywrited Walt Disney Productions with a picture of 2 bears, one is on a unicycle & thew other with a girl watching him. Description This is for an Vintage Marx/Hafner O27 Gauge Large Oval of 12 Metal 2-Rail Wind-Up Train Track. Made from the 1920's through the 1970s. Makes a layout from a simple 27" circle; to a large oval layout about 27" X 36" or smaller. There are 8 curved and 2 straight tracks with complete track pins. (Please do Not expect 70+ year old track to look like brand new track, but these older track will still function great for their intended purpose.) This item is for you, IF YOU NEED TRACKS FOR YOUR WIND-UP TRAINS. They will also work with O / O-27 gauge battery trains. These tracks are the same gauge 1:48 as Lionel, American Flyer, MTH, Weaver and all other O-27 trains, but the locomotives will not work on them since they are 2-rail non-insulated tracks, but the smaller cars will work fine on them. You can easily paint them Silver, Black or any color you wish, since you do not need to worry about electrical conductivity of the tracks.
