Description: Vintage Gibbs & Co Chicago manicure bowl. It's very hard to find any info but internet and Ebay searches show this same company made a glass manicure soaking bowl. So I'm making an assumption this to be a soaking bowl that can be turned over and doubles has a hand rest. Last picture shows what appears to be spots of nail polish. It's actually very comfortable for soaking and resting. Bowl is enamel on cast iron with some wear.
